Applied via Indeed. A week later I received an email to complete two surveys that were relatively easy with a few fairly difficult math problems. A week after that I received another email to set up a time for a phone interview which lasted about an hour. The recruiter was very nice and made me feel at ease through the whole process. A week later I was asked to set up a time for an in-person interview which was with the claims supervisor and the regional manager. The best day my recruiter called me with an offer of employment.

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.
