-Early June: I applied for the position
-Mid-July: Received email asking me to complete an online assessment test. The next day I received an email letting me know I passed the assessment and to schedule an phone interview.
- I had my phone interview a week after I completed the online assessment test. I was told that I would be moving forward to the in-person interview. I received an email asking me to complete a background check
- Late August: received an email asking me to schedule an in-person interview at the local office. A week after completing my in person interview, I received an email letting me know I was not selected to move forward.
During both interview, we discussed my previous work experiences, why I was looking to leave my current job, and what interested me in applying for the Claims Adjuster position. Both followed the STAR interview method. The questions focused on how you work under stress, handle difficult customers, stay organized, negotiate, and how you handle mistakes/failures.
The process is very stretched out, so be prepared to wait a while in between each interaction. My recruiter didn't respond to my emails and didnt keep me up to date about the process so I was in the dark until I was contacted each time.

So far the interview process started with an assessment about yourself and how you would fit into the role along with behavioral and situational style questions. On to the Video interview which is where I am currently at in the process.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.
