I first had a phone interview, then was contacted a few days after for a sit down interview. The interview was about 90 minutes. I was interviewed by the Fitness Center manager. then the two lead exercise specialist. Interview was conducted with questions that was based on past experiences and what you would do in specific situations etc. After sit down interview I had to teach a demo fitness class for 10 minutes that included all components to a regular class (warm up, workout, cool down/stretch) as well as provide modifications for those with limitations due to health and/or injuries.
