The first interview with the team lead and manager, mostly a get-to-know-you experience, after that I got an assignment to show my technical abilities. Very straightforward and not difficult. The second interview was focused more on getting to know me and my work experience as well as my educational background.

Interesting. Fun. Personal, not too formal. They had a lot of questions but there was also a lot of small talk. They aren't interested in non-English languages unless you are a native speaker of that language. 4 years in a language doesn't matter much to them.
