Very casual, I came prepared with a cover letter, and filled out the application in person. Within two weeks I was invited back to interview. I was interviewed one on one with the Rodeo Administrator who is over the call center. The interview was laid back and all about 5 minutes, where I was offered a position on the spot and told when to report back for training the next week in April.
