3 stage interview process (excluding recruiter interview), different time zones to accommodate. Great communication with the recruiter during the first 2 stages. The recruiter has kept me updated constantly but after the third stage he went completely silent and I had to chase and then got a rejection email with a poor reason and no feedback.
