Had 2 interviews, one with the HR and one with the hiring manager. They give you a guide on how to answer question in the interview which is helpful and you just have to follow it and you'll be good to go.

There are 3 interviews based on Peak Performance Factors. I highly suggest reviewing it beforehand. There's also many behavioral questions, so come prepared with stories about how you exhibited the Peak Performance Factors.

Entrevista
The interview process consisted of three distinct stages, each designed to evaluate different aspects of a candidate's qualifications and suitability for the role. Throughout the process, the majority of the questions were situational in nature, focusing on how I would approach various real-life scenarios relevant to the position.
Takes a few months. Suggested to ask for a follow up every 2 weeks. Go from test to 3 interviews to job offers to final discussion. So either apply early or apply when you're not in a hurry.
