I applied to a CiE (Careers in Europe) event where P&G selected me as a potential candidate. I had to fill in online a 60 questions personality questionnaire and a 15 questions figurative reasoning test.
I passed the tests and was subsequently invited to two behavioral interviews of about an hour each with two senior managers. After a few days I was told I successfully passed the interviews and I was invited for a final round of three interviews. Two of them were with a senior managers and the last one with an assistant director. That was last week, I am now expecting for a response.
On the overall my interview experience was positive. The process is very long and takes a long time to complete but after more than 5 hours of behavioral interviews they will really get a feeling of who you really are and if you can fit into P&G culture. This also helps avoiding potential a******s to be hired.
Tips: Be sure to know everything that is written on your CV and do prepare examples of leadership and teamwork from your past experiences.
