First thing you will need to pass are the Management Success Drivers Test and Cognitive Ability Test Online. These are not difficult, although it should be noted that the Cognitive Ability Test is almost positively adaptive. There is abundant information on getting through these tests, a lot is even available on the P&G Website. The next part is a 2:1 Phone Interview with Senior HR staff who also have experience with Brand Managing. The interview is completely structured around the "Management Success Drivers" and all questions will pertain to some portion of the four major areas (The Power of P&G Minds, The Power of P&G People, The Power of P&G Agility, P&G Leadership definition). The questions are mostly available already on this website and others, but the way they asked them in my case was varied slightly so my practiced responses could not be used for all questions.
