Similar to other major firms in that it was split into three parts. The interview took 1 hour in total, and it was a conversational interview. The atmosphere was easygoing, and the interview was conducted in English.

Tell me about a time when you were given a project with little guidance.
Initial online application with CV submission. Then online assessment with logical and verbal reasoning. 3 rounds of virtual fit based interviews with motivational questions and hypothetical scenarios based questions. Questions included Why P&G, why CMK, use of quantitative and qualitative data. Very friendly and cheerful interviewers.

Entrevista
I went through an online interview, then a second interview in person at P&G headquarters. They covered the hotels, travel expenses, meals, etc. The first day, they had a presentation what CMK means within P&G, and what they’re hoping to look for in an intern. Second day is the interview day, where I was set to interview with 2 employers.
