I applied thorught the P&G career website. I had to complete a questionnaire and an online aptitude test. A few weeks later I had a phone interview. After the phone interview I was invited to come to the office to do another aptitude test consisting of 40 multiple choice questions to be answered in 65 minutes. This test was divided into three sections; numerical reasoning, figure reasoning and analytical reading. Once I passed this test I was invited to come to back to the office for 3 one-hour interviews. Since the majority of the interviews consist of behavioural interview questions, I recommend preparing a lot of examples/stories using the CAR method (Context - Action - Result). Unfortunately I did not get an offer. The feedback I received was vague and when I asked for more specifics it came down to me not being sales driven enough as they want me to be. The recruitment proces took roughly 2 months.
