The first step of the process was a web test about your past work behavior and conduct. Then, two weeks later I was contacted to perform the famous P&G test. One week later sent me an email saying I past the test. 3 weeks later they call me for the first interview. About 10 to 12 behavioral questions. Was a really pleasant interview. Then almost a month later I was called for the second interview this time with a manager. Again like 10 to 12 behavioral questions, this time a little harder but nothing that someone with a bit of practice can´t do. Then two weeks later was called for another interview. This time with 2 managers. This was the last one. Even harder than the second one, with a lot of conduct behavioral and questions like, What would you do different to make this company greater or where do you see yourself in five years.
One week later they send me a message saying that I passed the interview and my credentials were satisfactory.
I was just waiting for the call and for the offer. But It never happen. I send then two or three emails. They answer me like 3 weeks after the third interview saying that I did a great job during the interviews and I did so great that they think I was overqualified for the position, so they give me a link to start another application for manager "from the beginning!!" and make the whole process again from the beginning!!
I was very frustrated... The whole process last about 3 months and a half for nothing.
Well then I thing this job just was not for me. During the process I took another offer and It was great.

Tests réalisés sur ordinateur depuis chez soi. Une fois que les tests ont été validés, j'ai été contacté pour passer trois entretiens avec trois personnes différentes pour le poste (les personnes avec qui j'allais travailler)

Entrevista
The interview process focused on both personal and behavioral questions. It began with the common “Tell me about yourself” question, followed by several behavioral questions using the STAR method. The interviewer wanted to understand how I handled tasks, solved problems, and managed competing priorities in past roles. Overall, it was structured, professional, and gave me the opportunity to showcase my administrative and organizational skills.
