Envié una solicitud electrónica. El proceso duró 5 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Procter & Gamble (Cincinnati, OH) en nov 2018

      Entrevista

The process is lengthy and thorough. I applied online and was immediately sent an online assessment to complete. The assessment is behavioral and logical and can be hard if you're not used to completing assessments although there is more than enough time to complete it. I was called in for my initial interview the next day and it was purely behavioral although I did try to demonstrate technical knowledge to stand out from other candidates. Also, all P&G interviews use the CAR (Context-Action-Results) concept for interviewee answers so it'd be a good idea to get acquainted with it. They look for 'serial innovators' and anyone who is highly motivated and could potentially become a leader within their field. A month passed and I received an email saying I had passed. Then a few weeks passed and I received an invitation for my final interview and my final assessment to be completed on-site. All bookings (hotel and flight) were handled by P&G whilst also considering your specific needs and what would work best for you. I flew over and was picked up at the airport by my host, an R&D Engineer, which opens up a great opportunity to ask questions, to inquire about the company, the nature of their work and whatnot. I also went with him and had dinner and he later dropped me off at my hotel. The next day, he picked me up at the airport and drove me to the facilities. The first thing was a presentation on Procter & Gamble, their renowned work culture, their product line and for you to know more about them as a company. I was then taken away for the assessment; it was similar to the initial one although longer. It included three sections: -One on basic 'corporate mathematics' which include graphs, sales predictions by use of algebra, amongst other -One on reading comprehension -One on logic Afterwards, I had my final interview scheduled with two Section Heads at P&G, both very polite and professional engineers working management for the Packaging Department. The interview was basically the exact same as the initial one if not easier. Upon completion, we headed out for lunch with all the candidates and our respective day hosts. We headed back in and I then received a full-tour of the facility and later got the chance to talk one on one with two R&D Packaging Engineers to get to know their work and what they've achieved and get acquainted with the company. Afterwards I went to have dinner with another R&D Engineer and was driven back to my hotel. The next morning I was picked up by yet another R&D Engineer we had lunch and she dropped me back at the airport. All expenses were paid for by P&G and more than enough opportunities to inquire in a non-formal capacity with different sources. You'll have the ability to take in a lot and learn about P&G work from varied perspectives which should help you make a good decision if you receive the offer.
