I went through the application process by global executive referral. The first interview was quite resume oriented. and you will be able to find their Procter and Gamble typical question anywhere on line. The second interview was more in depth. I was asked 3 questions.

Primero, recibí un correo con el enlace al assessment en línea, que incluía una evaluación de juicio situacional y comportamiento profesional, seguido por una prueba lógica y numérica cronometrada. Entrevista
The interview was very detailed and thorough. It went through all the pillars that P&G values. The interviewer was friendly and easy to talk to. A lot of emphasis on your past experiences and thought process through situationals.

I did the first interview with HR. Mostly behavioral with CV walkthrough, prior experiences in marketing was asked. Following rounds would be with the team. Not sure if I passed just yet
