I met with P&G at NSBE Convention in 2015 and got an internship with them. I went through the same process for the internship and the full time offer. First you apply online, then you take an exam online, after that I went through a 5 round interview. Once you complete the 5 round interview they make you take the exam again to make sure it was you who took it online. They also do hair drug tests.
