The P&G interview process has 5 steps namely application, online situational competency test, offline reasoning test, HR interview and Final HR interview. I got through the first 3 rounds and it was not that hard.

I took the reasoning test at P&G last week and I cannot say it was hard. It would be really easy to crack if you had enough practice. But unfortunately for me, I had my semester exams the same week and I could not practice really well.

Entrevista
Anyone who has once been interested in obtaining the position in Procter & Gamble probably knows about the lists of most frequently asked questions on the interviews. Mine interview was no different. All questions I got were present in such lists. However I would like to warn anyone who applies for IT position, you should consider this decision twice, since P&G is quite short on them. You may end up in endless pipe of such candidates waiting their turn.
