The recruiting process started with online initial assessment to more about the applicant qualification and skills ,then followed by IQ online test , then and Onsite test to measure the language , analytically and logical skills . secondly , the interviews phase has started by an initial interview followed by three similar interview . After that the three interviewers have to discuss together to come up with unanimous decision about hiring that person in which place based on the outcomes they have. last ,i went through the last interview with the Plant Manager
