My first interview was panel interview with the 02 line manager,s the second one was with the another line manager. The whole hiring process took quite long of 4 weeks. The interviewers are friendly and normally take note during interview. Questions are about your leadership skill, problem-solving, flexibility skill, innovation. Be prepared with sample based on SAR(Situation-Action-Result). Be await for their offer as they come so late.
