i was contacted on phone for aptitude test, after writing the test,the result of the test was announced on the same day. Those that scale through the aptitude test were given a form to fill. The questions on the form were on personality check, how one would act in a particular situation, leadership position that one had occupied in the past and also one's academic performance. The subsequent interviews are based on these questions. The interview are in four (4) stages. What the company is really looking for in the propective employee are: honesty,leadership ability, versatility,ability to learn fast...

Behavioral questions, situational awareness and cultural fit; mainly focused on the way you process info and mantaining STAR approach (Situation, Task, Action, Result). No technical questions, 3 round of interviews and before that a cognitive assessment
The interview was fairly standard. It was after completing an OA that was very personality trait based. It was about 45 minutes to an hour. Interview was not with someone who worked with interns so only had general answers.

1st round online assessment contains lots of quizzes, you are asked to factorize numbers, memorize locations of spots, identify symmetric patterns etc. This process is marked automatically, if you don't pass then you are done.
