Screen, hiring manager, peer x2, director. The questions were likely intended to be behavioral but weren’t phrased as such. The director was quite curt and dismissive. Literally responded “okay” to everything. She also lectured me about a product from a pretty narrow point of view which was kind of funny. It’s a shame because everyone else seemed to be quite professional but it does negatively reflect upon the company unfortunately.

Process took a little over 2 weeks. The overall process was supposed to span 3 rounds according to the recruiter. First is with the recruiter, second with the hiring manager, third is a panel with various leadership and team members. Recruiter interviewed after a week of applying. Very straightforward process. Next scheduled an interview with hiring manager that the role will report to. Seemed to go very well as the interview went over the time allotted and we discussed more in-depth with the next step process including tips for the next few interviews. Next day, received an automated rejection email. The interviews themselves were pleasant but the process including some feedback would go a long way to improving the candidate experience.
