I applied online in June 2017 and received a response a few days later for an initial phone interview with a recruiter. Then a week later I had another phone interview with the supervisor for the position then an on-campus interview where I met with 4 people seperately from the marketing team. Everyone I talked to was extremely friendly and made you feel comfortable, it felt more like you were just having a conversation instead of an interview. The entire on-campus interview experience gives you an amazing look into their culture and helps you understand why the employees love working there so much. In August 2017, I got an email from the recruiter that I was offered a position. Overall, the process lasted about 2 months, but their recruiter was in contact with me throughout and honest about everything that was happening. Thrilled to join the team of a company that is professional, organized and full of culture.
