I was very impressed by the seamlessness of the interview process. When I arrived, I was greeted at the door and walked between interview rooms. The HR rep checked on me continuously, and there was a "wrap up" at the end where we talked about how I felt. I also checked in with the hiring manager before I left and we talked more about my goals.
There were three in person interviews - one group interview, where I chatted with people (devs & product) from different teams. There were two technical interviews - one asking me to solve a fairly simple coding challenge and another asking for a database backend design.
Great interview process - there were no trick questions, and I felt like my time as an applicant was respected.

I was supposed to have two interviews.
Firstly, they tried setting me up for an interview they already had someone in mind for, but didn't know if he was willing to move from Houston.
They cancelled when he accepted, but rescheduled when I pointed out a new position was listed to the recruiter. Nailed that interview but then they notified me that position was being closed. Tried to interview for a third position with the same requirements, and the recruiter just ghosted me when I asked.
Seems like they're completely disorganized and frankly I feel like I dodged a bullet

Four interviews. Two technical, one behavioral and one leadership. One of the best interview processes I've experienced. Upon request for feedback, the recruiter offered me a callback, which was extremely helpful in absorbing, for once, the empirical reasons for rejection.
