I had a short phone interview with the president of the firm. He then asked me to come in for an interview. On the day of the interview, I was there for 4 hours with back-to-back one-to-one interviews with the sales manager, the operations manager, the CFO and finally the president of the firm. I found the people to be very friendly and approachable. They gave me a tour of the facility, which was bright, neat and clean. I was impressed with the place and the organization.
