Lots of virtual interviews that go over the same details. Typical borderline obnoxious sales personalities. They reached out to a previous employee for a reference without consent, or even telling me that they did. During the virtual process they left without conclusion after technical difficulties and didn’t reply my follow up email. They asked very intrusive and rude lines of questioning. They were late to the F2F interview by 10 minutes. During a response to a question in the in-person interview , I was interrupted and the interviewers asked proceeded to discuss me without involvement for 5 minutes in-front of me, and expected me to finish my response. Inappropriately probed for company names. During another question a director threw a plastic drinks bottle across the room into the bin (and missed) and expected me to continue with my response. Frankly, not a great recruitment experience and i believe a cop out reason for rejection.
