Straight forward questions of past experience. What I found odd as well as other co-workers was their amazement that we knew what a P&ID and PFD's were which is really really basic stuff. What was annoying is they asked a lot of questions of the engineering programs I had used in the past only to get the job and never use any of their "must" programs that I should know.
