I was then invited for an on-site interview, which lasted nearly two hours. It involved multiple rounds of questioning and also included a short test to assess how neatly you can write in small spaces. The interview itself was thorough, though fairly lengthy for the role. What was disappointing was the lack of communication afterward. I did not hear back following the interview and only received an update after I sent a follow-up email myself. At that point, I was informed that the position had already been filled. I appreciate the opportunity to interview, but clearer and more timely communication with candidates would greatly improve the experience.
