I told my self not to take the interview seriously once i reach the venue, atmosphere doesn't look good at all. look like a BPO company. Initially they ll ask about your salary part and ask you to sign a bond for 2 years if you shortlisted. Also you have to produce all your original certificates. They will say that they are going to expand their team strength from 50 to 200 and constructing their own building some where in Siruseri. I don't think that is true. First round: System Test Second round ; F2F Third round: F2F Fourth round: Director round Final round: HR and offer On first round, I got a task to create a sample shopping cart application.(nearly 2 hours) On second round, I had a discussion with the guy( nearly 30 mins) who is working in a technical team, got all the decent questions and asked me to write some logic in OOPS and SQL On third round , I had a discussion with the guy(nearly 30 mins) who look pathetic and he doesn't seem to listen to my answers, started throwing all the questions he read somewhere on internet. I controlled myself and answered quietly. Later HR lady informed me to leave. Finally i realized, they expect someone who has to do all the work for the salary whatever they offer. Points to notice before you attend interview: 1. They didn't mention 2 years contract details when they send job email. 2.. If they really concern about the pay, they should mention the maximum CTC they can offer for the role when they send job mail.

Interview was easy but the one who interviewed is not ready to ask questions properly, he wants us to speak something, he's not ready to listen to us but interested in doing his own business
