After a phone screen, aptitude test, recording 5 video answers to virtual interview questions, an hour-long interview with three team leads, and a final interview with the COO, I was immediately rejected. I was very disappointed and maybe my personality clashed with the COO, I’m not sure. The questions I was being asked also makes me wonder if they are gathering information since they are a growing company facing new challenges. If that were the case I wish my time and hopes could have been spared. Either way I wish them well.

Entrevista
There was an initial phone screening that lasted 10 minutes, a skills assessment, a self-paced video interview containing 5 questions, an interview with two team leads, then an interview with the COO. The team lead interview was an hour long, while the COO interview was half an hour. The entire process was 4 weeks at most. I received an email about the rejection which I appreciated. The HR person was responsive and transparent the entire time.
