Initial interview and then asked me to have another one later that morning. Both over the phone. The first one, the manager of the position asked some basic questions. Seemed to want to tell me about how hard the position was and how demanding the team was. Which was fine, I have a lot of experience in this field, she seemed determined to make me feel like I couldn't hand it (I could in my sleep). The second one was with the person vacating the position.. It was maybe 45 minutes, with her talking for 40 of it. I could barely get a word in edgewise, she would ask a question (or more like make a statement) and then start talking about it. I was told they were making a quick decision and I should expect to here something by next Friday at the latest one way or the other (it was Friday) Its been over 3 weeks and have heard nothing one way or the other. Don't seem to keep to their word so can not recommend.
