Came in from out of state - at my own expense - for an in person interview. The meeting started about 15 minutes late and lead with them asking if I had any questions. The majority of the interview was spent discussing why I would want to move to the area, with a couple of project management questions thrown in. Even though my software development experience was commented on positively by the HR person in prior conversation, it did not come up in the interview. Despite this, I thought the interview went well, and as I left they said they'll get back to me "very soon." That was over 5 weeks ago, and no one at ProActive has returned my calls or emails. They have refreshed the job posting recently, so I assume I'm no longer in consideration. Very unprofessional.
