I was asked if I was still interested in the position. Since I hadn't found a job in months, I said yes. 1. Online interview with my future supervisor and the HR team leader. 2. Personal interview, which included a professional test (60 minutes), followed by a conversation with my future supervisor and an HR representative. 3. Personal interview with my future supervisor and the Director of the Strategic Business Unit. The Director of the Strategic Business Unit could have made an offer but did not. 4. I was rejected by a template email. I think it would have been nicer if they had called me after three rounds of interviews or sent a non-template letter.
