I had a great experience interviewing at Prisma. The whole process was very smooth, there were no delays, the expectations were clear from the start, and everyone was very friendly and professional. There were several stages of the hiring process - initial interview, cultural fit interview and a take-home task (followed by a defrief session). There was also remuneration for completing the task (it didn't matter what the outcome of the interview was). I interviewed at several other companies, and have to say that Prisma's interview process was superb and the most professional one by far - I was very impressed with it.
