Phone interview due to covid-19. Suffered with some technical issues to begin with. But was fine after that. Fair interview process, all questions were relevant to the job. Thee interviewers were ward staff, which meant it was possible to ask them questions about the environment afterwards.

Applied online, received a call a couple of weeks later asking why I was interested in the job and if i could come in for an interview. The interview involved a quick introduction about Priory Group and the hospital and a talk about the main responsibilities of a Mental Healthcare Assistant. There was then a group task followed by an individual interview. There also involved a short literacy test.
