First there’s a phone interview with basic questions. Then they bring you in for in person meeting, you will meet with multiple people. Then you are asked to complete a design challenge at home.

I am a former employee of this company. I was interviewed 3 times for several hours via phone and in person by multiple employees asking the same questions, the last interview was after a design test was completed and they decided to hire me. I also helped perform interviews once hired. As far as diversity goes, there is almost none. There were instances when helping interview candidates that a black candidate told us to look around, and said, you must notice no one here looks like me, and because of that I don’t feel safe working in a space like this. I won’t be your token hire.
