The first round of interviews was self-recorded video and audio responses to questions on the screen. You can take your time and re-record as needed. The second round was a one-hour video interview with hiring manager and director. The hiring director had a great attitude and appropriate non-verbal cues/responses. The director 100% seemed like she did not want to be there and was miserable in her job. I left the interview with a pretty bad taste for the opportunity.
