The entire interview process was amazing. The two recruiters I had the opportunity to talk to were very friendly and easy to talk to. And although I did not get an offer, they were eager to help me with other opportunities.

It was an in person behavior. The recruiters were super nice and made you feel comfortable. Questions were your basic/general behavioral questions. What is your experience with excel/when did you use excel to solve problems?

HR contacted me 2 weeks after submitting my response. Got a call from HR... very nice lady, and standard questions (all behavioral). Was told them they wanted to bring me onsite for interviews at the end of the phone screen and that HR will give me a call scheduling travel and all.
Never received a call or email for scheduling. Didn't bother following up because I wasn't particularly interested in the company either, but seems like bad HR practices if you're losing candidates due to bad internal communication.
