Entrevista
The interview process was extremely poor. Even though I had a scheduled interview but I was asked to stand in a queue because in the same building some other company had a walk-in and Principal did not provided any information to the reception at the building entrance so I had waited in the queue for more than 30 mins. Then once I reached at the company the reception took my resume and asked me fill some information. I again have to wait to another 25 mins and then the HR came and told me that my experience is higher than the current requirement. This is pathetic, I got the invite from the same HR clearly they are sending the invites blindly without realizing the worth of someone's time. I took a half day off from my company. I am surprised how people like this becomes a HR. Extremely unprofessional and careless behavior.

Entrevista
First there would be a written test followed by a technical interview. There can be additional technical interview. One managerial discussion followed by HR round. HR roud can also be conducted over call.
