You fill out an online questionnaire and complete an online application form. Then if you are successful you receive an email and have face to face interview with one of the store managers.
If you are successful you and other applicants will receive a training session, shirt lanyard and your of the store.

Simple competency questions and also availability questions etc. , easy enough to answer, lovely lady interviewing me, overall good experience even if you dont get an offer god experience to do.

One on one with the team manager of the department which i was about to get hired. He asked me situasional question like "How would you deal with an angry customer?" or "How do you cooperate in team when you have a bad day"
