It was very conversational and the interviewer was friendly. The whole interview was scenario-based. To assess your thought-process and how aligned your values are with Primark's. Simple competency questions and also availability questions etc. , easy enough to answer, lovely lady interviewing me, overall good experience even if you dont get an offer god experience to do.

One on one with the team manager of the department which i was about to get hired. He asked me situasional question like "How would you deal with an angry customer?" or "How do you cooperate in team when you have a bad day"
