had to sign in abd then go to the back. waited until i was called in. Asked for documents, asked questions from your questionnaire from beforehand mainly about priorities and customer care. confirm hours and flexibility and asked how soon i would be able to start.
Questions you would expect in majority retail roles. Questions about shop floor interactions. Customer interactions etc. There's only a few questions. Interview focuses the most on your soft skills and your approach to the retail environment.

very smooth, just went up to the checkout area and said i have an interview, we sat in the back and i just got asked a few questions, very friendly it felt more personal and easier to talk compared to other interviews i have had
