I got an Interview a month after applying online. It was for a perm role. I got a email after 1 week asking me to attend an interview. When I arrived they sat me in the canteen for 5 minutes then a manager came and took me in a office. Interview was easy, manager helped me.

Simple competency questions and also availability questions etc. , easy enough to answer, lovely lady interviewing me, overall good experience even if you dont get an offer god experience to do.

One on one with the team manager of the department which i was about to get hired. He asked me situasional question like "How would you deal with an angry customer?" or "How do you cooperate in team when you have a bad day"
