It is very easy process.
First you get an interview call.
In Interview, they ask scenario based questions which they might have to handle while working at primark.
Interviewers are very polite and try to be very friendly to make you comfortable.
Questions you would expect in majority retail roles. Questions about shop floor interactions. Customer interactions etc. There's only a few questions. Interview focuses the most on your soft skills and your approach to the retail environment.

very smooth, just went up to the checkout area and said i have an interview, we sat in the back and i just got asked a few questions, very friendly it felt more personal and easier to talk compared to other interviews i have had
