Applied through the online system at beginning of August and received a phone call inviting me to an interview 2 weeks later.
The interview was very relaxed and quite open. The interviewer asked basic questions such as "tell me about a time you worked well within a team" and "why do you want to work for Primark", but the majority of the interview was an open flow conversation where I felt the interviewer was really trying to get to know me as a person. I was offered a position at the end of the interview and was invited for an induction the following week.
I was invited to have an interview with a hiring manager. It was a short conversation (probably approximately 20 minutes), and I was asked only few questions. The interviewer focused especially on team-work.

The interview process was thorough and well designed. The was a group interview and an individual interview which tested a range of skills, but was carried out in an inclusive and comfortable environment.
face to face interview and it takes arround 15- 20 minutes. its quite easy one and they will ask about questions regarding your educational background, employment history and skills that you have to work in the position.
