Went to CS desk and then was taken to the staff area where I sat until a manager came to interview me.
The interview process was straightforward. A lot of the questions I had thought of answers to before and looking at past questions online really help,

What would you do if a customer wanted an item that wasn't in stock in store?
Questions you would expect in majority retail roles. Questions about shop floor interactions. Customer interactions etc. There's only a few questions. Interview focuses the most on your soft skills and your approach to the retail environment.

very smooth, just went up to the checkout area and said i have an interview, we sat in the back and i just got asked a few questions, very friendly it felt more personal and easier to talk compared to other interviews i have had
