I applied online for a part time weekend role on the Primark website. They then sent me an email to tell me about my interview which was on a Friday at 4:00pm. I had to report to Customer Services where I signed in. They then took me through to the canteen and the HR manager took my passport to photocopy. He then called me into the HR office and Interviewed me. It was around a month before I got a callback to invite me to an induction day.
I was invited to have an interview with a hiring manager. It was a short conversation (probably approximately 20 minutes), and I was asked only few questions. The interviewer focused especially on team-work.

The interview process was thorough and well designed. The was a group interview and an individual interview which tested a range of skills, but was carried out in an inclusive and comfortable environment.
face to face interview and it takes arround 15- 20 minutes. its quite easy one and they will ask about questions regarding your educational background, employment history and skills that you have to work in the position.
