They post job offers online. You apply online ( as they don’t accept cv’s in store. You complete a quick assessment and if you are successful they will call you for an interview a few days after application date ends
It’s only one interview with one of the managers. They will ask you very basic questions the interview lasted less than 30 minutes. they will let you know the outcome very soon.
Easy, first you had to complete a situational judgement test online then only 1 interview. very quick 10 mins long. Questions are more about you and your skills and some situational judgement questions
