the whole process took around 4+ weeks! I applied online and application was quite standard and then you had to complete an questionnaire which was pretty easy just ranking scenarios from best to worst! I then received a phone call a few weeks later to arrange an interview for the next day!
Interview was pretty easy like most interviews if you research as much as you can and be prepared you have nothing to worry about! Questions were straight forward and then I was just asked mostly customer scenarios questions!

Once you apply for the job you got to give an assessment. try and answer the best way you can. in a week's time you will get a call asking about your availability. interview is simple and easy. Talk about your skills and good communication.

Interviewer was nice however they called me in expecting me to work days and hours that didn't match the advertised contract. I explained that I wasn't able to meet with them with their expected hours so we than eneded the interview early.
