First you complete some questions online. They're situational ("What would you do if....") You will then receive an email or phone call (I applied at 2 stores, one emailed and one called) asking you to come to the store for an interview. The interview is pretty easy. First they tell you a little about the company and then ask a few questions about it and then they ask about customer service and a few situational questions. A couple of weeks after my interview i received an email telling me that i was successful and that I had to complete an online health and safety course and fill in a couple of forms and add details to my online account (availability, bank details etc...) They only offered me 4 hours a week but it's still worth accepting as there's usually plenty of overtime available. I think I've only done 4 hours in a week once (first week). After that, the least i've done is 8. TIP - They're obsessed with customer service and providing a good in store experience. Make sure you know about CS
