The interviewer decided to reschedule the moment the interview was scheduled to begin. This was an inconvenience to me, but we eventually agreed on a better time for both of us. The interviewer asked very generic questions and almost as if she were reading from a script. I was never asked if I had any questions nor did the conversation feel like it would have been welcomed. This was probably the most disconnected interview I have ever experienced despite me trying to express my interest in the job. I never heard back from the interviewer and I guess I shouldn’t be surprised based on how the tone was set from the beginning.

The process I went through was three interviews over a duration of 2 weeks. The first interview was a general laidback interview with three individuals. They called me back to interview with the actual team I would be working with. This interview was informative and gave a closer look on how that branch of the firm operates. The third interview was a bit different from the first two. The interviewers we’re stuck on their phones, uninterested, and gave an umcomfortable interview environment. Overall the first two interviews outway the third and I am glad I had the opportunity to meet the people who work at this firm.
