Take a multiple of first grade data entry test, filing and typing. be prepared to be there for an hour or so waiting to be seen and meeting with two managers to answer a multiple of questions. after you pass all of this the employer will want to make sure you are the "right fit" for the department (basically to make sure you will match the personalities of the Corporate employees to ensure you will get along with their sarcasm and profanity). The interviewer will ask you how you feel about working with different mixtures of personalities and how do you handle a situation with a co-worker.

How do you deal with different personalities and handle a situation with a co-worker. If you don't answer this question to their liking you won't get the job. The company expects you to handle situations on your own and not come to them with "petty" issues.
